The ideal candidate holds an advanced degree in a related field, a NATO SECRET clearance, and extensive experience with LMS, SharePoint, and MS Office.

Qualificações

• Active NATO SECRET security clearance required.
• Advanced degree in Education & Training or related fields with relevant experience.
• Experience mapping workforce competencies using SFIA is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Map identified requirements to existing E&T solutions and identify gaps.
• Expand SFIA mapping for NATO NCS Data and AI posts.
• Review and update training plans for accuracy and currency.
• Apply TRA process focusing on Data and AI to project requirements.
• Produce the TRA Report and develop monthly/quarterly reports.
