Wlgroup is seeking a Training Requirements Analyst to develop and map education strategies for data and AI across its workforce. You will map skill requirements, extend analyses to align with the Skills Framework for the Information Age, and lead training plan reviews to ensure accuracy and currency.

You will run end-to-end requirements analyses for the data/AI discipline, compile the final report, and represent the team at industry events, while delivering monthly and quarterly program updates.

Qualificações

• Master's degree or higher in education, training, learning sciences, data science, or information systems.
• Structured approach to training design with a systems approach.
• Strong analytical habits for turning large data into actionable insights.
• Proven use of the Skills Framework for the Information Age to map workforce competencies.
• Understanding of how a large military organisation is structured and how capability development runs.
• Familiarity with digital transformation and AI concepts, translating trends into people implications.
• Confident in English writing and executive communication.
• Comfort with office automation tools, collaboration portals, and learning management systems.
• Competence in identifying training requirements and writing performance objectives.
• Nice to have: QA in education/training and experience in international settings.

Responsabilidades

• Map identified skill requirements to current education and training offerings.
• Extend analysis so data and AI roles map to the Skills Framework for the Information Age.
• Review digital training plan for accuracy and currency.
• Run the training requirements analysis cycle end to end for data and AI function.
• Write the training requirements analysis report.
• Represent the discipline at annual industry engagement and planning events.
• Produce monthly situation reports and quarterly programme of work reporting.
