Job summary

WLG is seeking a professional to design and map training strategies across data and AI skills within a multinational defence context. You will map skill requirements to current offerings and identify gaps.

You will extend analyses to SFIA mapping, review digital training plans, manage end-to-end training requirements cycles, and present findings to executive audiences; travel and collaboration with international teams may be involved.

Qualifications

• Master's or bachelor's degree in relevant fields with experience.
• Structured approach to training design, systems-based.
• Strong analytical skills using organisational data.
• Experience using SFIA to map workforce competencies.
• Understanding of military education/training structures.
• Familiarity with digital transformation and AI concepts.
• Confident English writing for executive audiences.
• Experience with LMS and office automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Mapping identified skill requirements against education and training offerings.
• Extending analysis so AI posts map to SFIA framework.
• Reviewing the digital training plan for accuracy and currency.
• Running end-to-end training requirements analysis for data/AI area.
• Writing the training requirements analysis report for review.
• Representing the discipline at industry engagement and planning events.
• Producing monthly situation reporting and quarterly programme work reporting.
