Wlgroup is seeking a training and workforce analytics leader to grow data and AI skills across the organization. You will map skill requirements against existing education offerings, extend analyses to align data/AI roles with the SFIA framework, and ensure accuracy of the digital training plan.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in education and training, learning sciences, data science or information systems with post‑degree experience, or a bachelor's in the same fields with more.

Responsabilidades

• Map identified skill requirements against current education and training offerings and identify gaps.
• Extend analysis so data and AI posts map to the Skills Framework for the Information Age.
• Review the digital training plan for accuracy and currency, incorporating lessons learned.
• Lead training requirements analysis end to end for data and AI functions including pre-meeting, collection of requirements, and working groups.
• Write the training requirements analysis report used to judge the project.
• Represent the discipline at annual industry engagement and planning events.
• Produce monthly situation reporting and quarterly programme of work reporting.
