Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Google Workspace change management plan with project alignment.
• Lead workshops and provide security recommendations during migrations.
• Configure and optimize Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and Editors for multiple client environments.
• Coordinate user training and adoption initiatives to ensure smooth transitions.
• Manage risks and stakeholder expectations throughout the transition.

We arelooking for a Google Workspace specialist with strong experience in technicalconsulting, administration, migration, and architecture. In this role, you willwork directly with customers to design, configure, and optimize GoogleWorkspace environments, lead technical workshops, provide securityrecommendations, and support organizations throughout their migration andcollaboration transformation journey.

WhatYou\'ll Work On

• Develop a comprehensive change management plan aligned with the overallGoogle Workspace project plan
  
• Support the adoption of Google Workspace, including Gmail, Calendar,Drive, and Editors
  
• Communicate change management plans and objectives to key stakeholdersand obtain their buy-in
  
• Manage the implementation of change initiatives and ensure a smoothtransition to new processes and systems
  
• Develop and coordinate user training and support activities
  
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the change management processand adjust strategies when required
  
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to organizational changeand user adoption
  
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees throughout thetransition
  
• Work closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and end users toensure successful adoption
  
• Help identify potential challenges and resistance to change and developappropriate mitigation strategies

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience
  
• Experience in a customer-facing technical consulting role
  
• Strong experience in Change Management and organizational transformation
  
• Experience developing and implementing change management plans
  
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  
• Experience supporting users through organizational, process, ortechnology changes
  
• Experience developing or coordinating training and user adoptioninitiatives
  
• Strong ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with change
  
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, particularly Gmail, Calendar, Drive,and Editors
  
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technicalstakeholders
