Match Profiler in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Change Management Lead for Workspace deployment. The role focuses on driving user adoption across Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and Editors, with a hybrid work arrangement (2 days per week in Lisbon).

You will design change management plans, coordinate training, and engage stakeholders to secure buy-in, while monitoring progress and mitigating risks to ensure a smooth transition for employees.

Qualificações

• Experience in a customer-facing technical consulting role.
• Develop a change management plan that aligns with the overall project plan for Workspace (Gmail, Calendar and Drive + Editors).
• Communicate the change management plan to stakeholders and obtain buy-in.
• Manage the implementation of changes, including training users on new processes and systems.
• Monitor and evaluate the change management process and make adjustments as needed.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the change management process.
• Provide support to employees during the change process.

Responsabilidades

• Lead change management for Workspace deployment including Gmail, Calendar, Drive and Editors.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure adoption of changes.
