KCS IT, founded in 2008 and based in Lisbon, is a consulting company focused on Information Technology and Services. We are seeking a Change Management Lead to join our hybrid team in Portugal, with at least 5 years in customer-facing roles and a focus on Google Workspace transformations.

You will design and drive change plans, engage stakeholders, deliver training, and support adoption across diverse business areas, enabling international projects and scalable change initiatives.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting role.
• Experience developing and executing Change Management Plans aligned with project objectives.
• Experience supporting Google Workspace transformation projects involving Gmail, Calendar and Drive + Editors.
• Experience communicating change strategies to stakeholders and obtaining buy-in across different business areas.
• Experience managing the implementation of organizational and technological changes.
• Experience delivering training sessions and supporting users through change adoption processes.
