Genesis Digital Solutions in Lisbon is seeking a Google Workspace specialist to design, configure, and optimize Google Workspace environments, lead technical workshops, and support organizations through migration and collaboration transformation.

You will develop change plans, drive adoption of Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and Editors, manage stakeholder alignment, and coordinate training and support across teams.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical consulting role.
• Experience with Change Management and organizational transformation.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Editors).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a comprehensive change management plan aligned with the Google Workspace project plan.
• Support the adoption of Google Workspace, including Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and Editors.
• Communicate change management plans to stakeholders and obtain buy-in.
• Manage the implementation of change initiatives and ensure smooth transitions.
• Develop and coordinate user training and support activities.
• Monitor and evaluate effectiveness and adjust strategies.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to organizational change and user adoption.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees throughout the transition.
• Work closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and end users to ensure successful adoption.
• Identify potential challenges and resistance to change and develop mitigation strategies.

We are looking for a Google Workspace specialist with strong experience in technical consulting, administration, migration, and architecture. In this role, you will work directly with customers to design, configure, and optimize Google Workspace environments, lead technical workshops, provide security recommendations, and support organizations throughout their migration and collaboration transformation journey.

What You’ll Work On

• Develop a comprehensive change management plan aligned with the overall Google Workspace project plan
  
• Support the adoption of Google Workspace, including Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and Editors
  
• Communicate change management plans and objectives to key stakeholders and obtain their buy-in
  
• Manage the implementation of change initiatives and ensure a smooth transition to new processes and systems
  
• Develop and coordinate user training and support activities
  
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the change management process and adjust strategies when required
  
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to organizational change and user adoption

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience

• Experience supporting users through organizational, process, or technology changes
  
• Experience developing or coordinating training and user adoption initiatives
  
• Strong ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with change
  
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, particularly Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and Editors
  
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
