Cloudbeds, a remote-first hospitality software leader, seeks a Staff Software Engineer in Revenue Intelligence. You will shape system architecture across AI-powered pricing, demand insights, and automation, working with data pipelines, APIs, and cloud infrastructure in a globally distributed team.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with leadership across complex systems
• Deep hands-on Python expertise
• Strong architecture and distributed-systems fundamentals
• Experience with data-intensive systems (PostgreSQL/Redshift) and data pipelines
• Experience in design/operation of recommendation or ML platforms
• Cloud and platform engineering on AWS, containers, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, Argo CD, CI/CD
• Ability to lead through influence and drive decisions across teams
• Proven focus on testing, reliability, security, and operational readiness
• Customer-focused with business impact awareness
• Fluent in English, comfortable in remote global teams

Responsabilidades

• Set and evolve the technical strategy for Revenue Intelligence
• Lead design and delivery across web apps, APIs, data pipelines, and storage
• Address scalability, reliability, security, and data quality risks
• Modernize legacy systems with incremental migrations
• Partner with Product, Data Science, and Infrastructure leaders
• Remain hands-on in code, reviews, debugging, and incident response
• Mentor teams and raise engineering standards
• Improve overall technical effectiveness across the org
