Cloudbeds is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the POS team in a fully remote role across Europe. You will design, build, and operate a hospitality-focused POS system spanning mobile frontends, backend services, and cloud infrastructure.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, reliability, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will bring 5+ years of software engineering, deep experience in Python and/or TypeScript, and fluency in English.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building, shipping, and operating production applications.
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with modern mobile or frontend development.
• Experience with cloud-native delivery and operations, including Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, AWS.
• Familiarity with hospitality or customer-centric workflows is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English in a globally distributed team.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, deploy, and operate the POS experience across React Native, Expo, TypeScript, and Python services.
• Own end-to-end ownership from code to deployment and production reliability.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Payments, Accounting, Reservations, Infrastructure, Security, and other teams.
• Contribute architecture decisions, code reviews, and mentoring to improve engineering practices.
• Ensure performance, security, and observability across the stack.
