Dwelly is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join one of our core domain teams – Tenant Find, Property Management, or Payments. You will understand domain workflows, identify high‑leverage automation opportunities, shape solutions, and drive them to production with daily use of AI and LLMs for problem exploration and design.

You will own end‑to‑end delivery, partner with product and architecture, design scalable, robust systems under real operating constraints, and maintain strong ownership

Qualificações

• Strong engineering background delivering complex systems end-to-end.
• Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and React in production.
• Familiarity with tRPC, Drizzle, and SQL databases.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced startups with ambiguity.
• Fluent English communication and collaboration across teams.
