Cloudbeds is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for the Revenue Intelligence team. You will shape technical strategy across user-facing apps, backend services, data pipelines, and ML workflows in a fully remote, Europe-focused environment.

You will lead architecture decisions, drive reliability and security, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product, Data Science, Infrastructure, and Security to evolve the platform for hospitality customers worldwide.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with leadership across complex systems.
• Proficient in Python with ability to guide decisions beyond a single language.
• Strong architecture and distributed-systems fundamentals (APIs, event-driven workflows).

Responsabilidades

• Set and evolve the technical strategy for Revenue Intelligence.
• Lead design and delivery across web apps, APIs, data pipelines, and ML workflows.
• Identify and resolve risks in scalability, reliability, security, and observability.
• Drive modernization with incremental migrations while preserving stability.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Infrastructure, Security, and engineering leaders.
• Remain hands-on in codebase through implementation and reviews.
• Mentor and raise engineering standards across the organization.
