Cloudbeds is seeking an Onboarding Coach for a fully remote role (Portugal). You will empower clients to transform their properties using our AI-powered platform, moving onboarding toward strategic partnership and revenue optimization.

You’ll design processes, reduce friction, and ensure customers achieve rapid value from the product. You will leverage 3+ years in hospitality or SaaS, strong English, and a customer-centric mindset to tailor training, capture insights, and drive product adoption

Qualificações

• 3+ years of hospitality experience in front desk, revenue management, or similar roles in a leading hotel brand OR 3+ years in a customer-facing SaaS role.

Responsabilidades

• Train clients on the Cloudbeds platform to power their hospitality business.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product to gather feedback and drive onboarding improvements.
• Maintain full client context and ensure knowledge is captured for future customers.
• Manage multiple onboarding projects with proactive communication via video, phone, and email.
