Cloudbeds is seeking an Onboarding Coach to empower hospitality clients by turning onboarding into strategic partnerships. You will design processes with customers to reduce friction and drive adoption of our AI-powered platform for Guest Experience and Marketing.

You will work with a remote onboarding team of former hoteliers, translating complex concepts into practical business language, and ensuring each client achieves measurable ROI from day one.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in 5-star hospitality (Front Desk or Revenue Manager) or 3+ years in SaaS customer-facing roles.
• Deep knowledge of Revenue Management principles and technology (RMS, dynamic pricing, RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy).
• Ability to translate AI-driven concepts into clear, practical business terms for clients.
• Excellent communication with empathy and a relentless customer-focused approach.
• Fluency in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Train clients on the Cloudbeds platform and ensure confident usage across Guest Experience and Marketing.
• Partner with Sales and Product to translate onboarding feedback into systemic operational improvements.
• Maintain client context and capture knowledge for reuse across future customers.
• Manage the customer journey through ongoing support via video, phone, and email.
• Define and deliver success metrics, demonstrate ROI, and drive customer retention.
• Build lasting customer relationships to ensure platform adoption and loyalty.
• Develop deep product knowledge and stay updated on new features and integrations.
• Contribute to training materials and knowledge base; keep Salesforce data accurate.
