Cloudbeds is hiring an Onboarding Coach to empower hoteliers with our AI-powered hospitality platform. You will transform onboarding from a training task into a strategic partnership, leveraging your hospitality ops experience to design friction-free processes for guests.

You’ll train clients, personalize communications, and help hotels realize the value of Cloudbeds from day one. This role is fully remote with global collaboration and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years in hospitality roles, or 3+ years in SaaS customer-facing roles.
• Deep knowledge of Revenue Management principles and tech.
• Ability to translate AI concepts into practical business terms.
• Strong communication with empathy and customer focus.
• Ability to convey product offerings clearly and effectively.
• Empowers clients to be self-sufficient during onboarding and lifecycle.
• Proven multi-project management and proactive organization.
• Share insights across Sales, Product and Marketing teams.
• Familiarity with CRM and Email Marketing platforms optional bonus.
• Professional English fluency required.

Responsabilidades

• Drive operational excellence with Sales and Product to improve onboarding.
• Partner with Sales and Product to translate onboarding feedback into improvements.
• Maintain client context and ensure information is reusable for future customers.
• Manage the full customer journey via ongoing video, phone and email support.
• Define and deliver success metrics, demonstrate ROI, and drive retention.
• Build lasting loyalty and platform adoption across customers.
• Develop deep product knowledge of Cloudbeds platform and integrations.
• Contribute to training materials and knowledge base updates.
• Keep accurate customer activity records in Salesforce and share insights.
