Cloudbeds, a remote-first hospitality software company, is hiring an Onboarding Coach to empower hotel clients with our AI-enabled platform and best-practice processes. You will train guests on Cloudbeds, translate industry knowledge into practical workflows, and partner with Sales and Product to drive adoption from day one.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in 5-star hospitality or 3+ years in relevant SaaS customer-facing roles.
• Deep expertise in Revenue Management principles and technology.
• Ability to translate AI-driven concepts into practical business terms.
• Strong communication with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to capture feedback for product and engineering teams.
• Help clients become self-sufficient during onboarding.

Responsabilidades

• Train clients on Cloudbeds platform to power their hospitality business.
• Partner with Sales and Product to drive onboarding improvements.
• Maintain full client context throughout onboarding journey.
• Manage customer journey for Guest Experience and Marketing via video, phone, and email.
• Establish clear success metrics, demonstrate ROI, and drive retention.
