Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate a team of employees and contractors on an expanded schedule from 7am to 10pm.
• Address escalated or complex issues that arise within the time-critical special services department.
• Interact with stakeholders to ensure bookings, quotes and timely deliveries.
• Motivate and treat all team members fairly and consistently.
• Plan and act to achieve service level targets.
• Educate the team on business goals and service objectives.
• Ensure safety, security and operational compliance during work periods.
