Responsabilités

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of premium and time-critical shipments from initial booking to successful delivery.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term customer relationships through proactive communication.
• Coordinate closely with internal operations teams, management, and external vendors to keep shipments on track.
• Anticipate and resolve transit issues swiftly, keeping all key stakeholders informed in real time.
• Note: Operations run 24/7/365 to handle emergency shipments; rotating shifts, weekends and holidays are required.
