FedEx Porto is seeking a Special Services Supervisor to lead a shift handling time-critical operations, coordinating a team of employees and contractors from 7am to 10pm. You will address escalated issues, ensure bookings, quotes, and on-time deliveries while maintaining safety and compliance.

You will motivate the team, align actions with service goals, educate on business objectives, and collaborate with stakeholders to uphold FedEx standards and customer satisfaction in a dynamic freight

Formación

• Experience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment.
• Strong time management to coordinate own and team time with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Daily supervision and coordination of a team employees and contractors that runs on an expanded schedule from 7am to 10pm.
• Address escalated or complex issues that arise within the time-critical special services department.
• Interact with stakeholders to ensure bookings, quotes and timely deliveries.
• Motivate team and ensure fair treatment of members.
• Plan and act to achieve service level targets.
• Educate team on business goals and service objectives.
• Ensure safety, security and operational compliance during work periods.
