FedEx Logistics is seeking a Human Resources Recruitment Specialist in Porto. You will support recruitment for diverse roles, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communications to ensure a smooth experience.

You’ll source actively, engage passive candidates, and collaborate with managers to align hiring with culture and needs. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; experience with ATS and recruitment analytics is a plus.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on recruiting technical, specialist talent at professional and managerial level.
• Experience in a high-growth industry is a plus.
• Excellent proficiency in both Portuguese and English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Support and liaise with hiring managers for the recruitment process, including screening candidates, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and monitoring process improvements.
• Provide active sourcing and engage passive candidates across channels.
• Partner with hiring managers and external partners to understand needs and culture for best-fit hiring.
• Ensure positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates.
• Stay informed about industry trends and talent market conditions.
• Maintain hiring records in compliance with internal standards.
• Implement strategies to attract a diverse workforce.
