Native Spanish and fluent English are required, with prior customer service or technical support experience. You will document issues in the database and collaborate with the support team to ensure a first‑class customer experience.

Qualifications

Native level of Spanish.
Fluency in English.
Previous experience in Customer Service or Technical Support.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Experience with CRM tools and customer support software is an advantage.
