RDN Cons is seeking a Spanish-speaking customer support representative for on-site work in Porto, Portugal. Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are welcome, with full training provided to help you start your career in a dynamic, international environment.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email and live chat, assist with travel bookings and accommodation queries, and resolve issues while maintaining accurate records and delivering a professional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Spanish language proficiency (C2) with writing and speaking at least C1.
• English proficiency (B2).
• EU citizenship is mandatory.
• High school diploma.
• Currently living in Portugal or willing to relocate to Porto.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to provide a clean criminal record.
• No previous experience required – fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer support via phone, email and live chat.
• Assist customers with travel bookings, accommodation enquiries and service-related issues.
• Investigate customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
• Mediate between customers and service providers when necessary.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Ensure a positive and professional customer experience.
