RDN Cons is hiring for a full-time on-site customer support role in Lisbon, Portugal. We welcome fresh graduates and entry-level applicants, especially Spanish speakers ready to start their careers.

Qualifications

• Spanish C2 with at least C1 proficiency in written and spoken communication.
• English B2.
• EU citizenship is mandatory.
• High school diploma.
• Currently living in Portugal or willing to relocate to Lisbon.
• No previous experience required – fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email and live chat.
• Assist customers with travel bookings, accommodation enquiries and service-related issues.
• Investigate customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
• Mediate between customers and service providers when necessary.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Ensure a positive and professional customer experience.
