Job summary

RDN CONS in Porto, Portugal, is seeking enthusiastic Spanish-speaking candidates for a full-time, on-site customer support role. Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are welcome, with full training provided to help you start your career in an international travel and accommodation platform.

You will assist customers via phone, email and live chat, resolve bookings and service issues, and escalate complex cases when needed.

Qualifications

• Spanish C2 with at least C1 written and spoken proficiency.
• English at B2 level.
• EU citizenship is mandatory.
• High school diploma.
• Currently living in Portugal or willing to relocate to Porto.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to provide a clean criminal record.
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates welcome; no prior experience required.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email and live chat.
• Assist customers with travel bookings, accommodation enquiries and service-related issues.
• Investigate customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
• Mediate between customers and service providers when necessary.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Ensure a positive and professional customer experience.
