Qualifications

• Spanish C2 with at least C1 in written and spoken communication.
• English B2 proficiency.
• EU citizenship is mandatory.
• High school diploma required.
• Currently living in Portugal or willing to relocate to Porto.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to provide a clean criminal record.
• No prior experience required; fresh graduates welcome.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email and live chat.
• Assist customers with travel bookings, accommodation inquiries and service issues.
• Investigate customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
• Mediate between customers and service providers when needed.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Ensure a positive and professional customer experience.
