Job summary

Netflix in Lisbon seeks an Operations Customer Expert to be the first point of contact for users, handling account management, billing inquiries, and technical troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat. Based onsite in Lisbon, you will work a 40-hour week on a 24/7 rotation including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Training lasts ~2 weeks with paid training days and immediate contract after completion. Salary €1,259.33 gross per month; health insurance from day one; company accommodation option

Qualifications

• English proficiency at B1 or higher.
• Castilian fluency with one regional combination.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
