Job summary

Teleperformance Portugal in Lisbon is seeking an Operations Customer Expert to join Netflix’s on-site support team. You will be the first point of contact for Netflix users, handling account management, billing inquiries, and technical questions via phone, email, and chat.

The role requires English at least B1 and Castilian with one regional combination, plus strong communication, empathy and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• English proficiency at B1 or higher.
• Castilian fluency plus one regional combination (Castilian + Basque / Castilian + Catalan & Valencian / Castilian + Galician).
• Strong communication, empathy, problem-solving, digital adaptability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for Netflix users across phone, email and chat.
• Handle account management and billing inquiries.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and explain product features.
