Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Associate to join our team and represent international brands. You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat, provide accurate information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish (C2) with good English (B1), has excellent communication skills, and can work onsite in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Spanish (C2) with good English (B1).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, not required.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Eligible to work in Portugal and able to work onsite in Lisbon.
• Documentation accepted: EU ID, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or suitable Visa.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate product/service information, resolve questions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex cases to the relevant department.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Uphold a positive, solution-oriented approach to every customer interaction.
• Collaborate with team members and share best practices to continually improve the service.
