Cross Border Talents is seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative in Lisbon to be the first point of contact for customers. You will help them quickly, leaving them satisfied, and support a payment solutions company.

You will manage cases, answer questions via phone, email or chat, and guide customers through orders and accounts while promoting resolution at the source. This on-site role starts 8 October 2026 with rotating shifts and full-time commitment.

Qualificações

• Fluent Spanish, written and spoken.
• English at advanced (C1) level or above.
• At least 6 months of contact centre experience.
• Team player open to feedback.
• Organised and able to handle several cases at once.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up on open cases until fully resolved.
• Answer customer questions by phone, email or chat.
• Guide customers through orders, accounts and service questions.
• Flag recurring problems so they can be fixed at the source.
