Cross Border Talents seeks a Customer Advisor (Spanish language) to join their team in Lisbon. The role focuses on delivering high-quality service across multiple support platforms and building customer relationships, with relocation support for international candidates.

Requirements include native-level Spanish (C2) and English at least B2, with training provided. The contract is permanent, with a 30-day probation period and 40-hour work week.

Qualificações

• Spanish at C2 level.
• English at least B2 level.
• Experience in customer/technical support (training provided).
• EU passport or residence in Portugal or Ukrainian refugee certificate.
• 40 hours per week (8 hours/day, 5 days).
• Permanent contract from day one; 30-day probation period.

Responsabilidades

• Represent a worldwide brand.
• Deliver high-quality service across multiple support platforms.
• Develop customer relationships and grant the best experience for the customer.
• Troubleshoot through open questions, support documents, and system training.
• Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.
