Atlean World in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to help clients via email, chat and phone, using English and Spanish. This role offers a dynamic, multicultural environment and the chance to grow with a global brand.

You will handle inquiries, resolve issues and become a product specialist, with a 12-month renewable contract and relocation support. The role emphasizes customer-centric service across channels and collaboration with a diverse, global team.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• 1 year of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong empathy and customer-focus.
