Willis Towers Watson in Lisbon seeks an HR Services Delivery Specialist for the Spanish market to provide HR operational support, with emphasis on Spanish-language service delivery, employee lifecycle administration, and HR case management.

You will collaborate with Regional HR, Payroll, Employee Relations, HRIT and Global Process Owners to ensure compliant delivery, clear handoffs, and adherence to global/local requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in HR operations, shared services or administrative support.
• Hands-on HR administration and employee lifecycle experience.
• Experience with HRIS and case management platforms like Workday, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow.

Aufgaben

• Manage Spanish-market HR cases via ServiceNow and maintain accurate notes.
• Handle onboarding, job changes, data updates, absences, and offboarding for Spain.
• Coordinate with Payroll, HRIT and process owners for data checks and handoffs.
• Apply HR process knowledge to ensure compliant, consistent service delivery.
• Collaborate with regional HR and other HR services teams in a multilingual environment.
