Willis Towers Watson in Lisbon seeks a HR Services Delivery Specialist for the Spanish market to provide HR operational support, lifecycle administration, and case management with strong Spanish-language capabilities.

You will collaborate with regional HR, Payroll, Employee Relations, HRIT and Global Process Owners to ensure accurate service delivery, documentation, and compliance while delivering a positive employee experience in a multilingual environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR/BA or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in HR Operations/Shared Services/customer service or admin support.
• Strong experience in HR administration and employee lifecycle activities.
• Ability to follow documented processes, SOPs and controls.
• Strong attention to data accuracy and documentation quality.
• Experience using HRIS and case management platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional语言 skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide HR case management and service delivery in Spanish and English using approved policies and templates.
• Manage onboarding, job changes, data updates, absence administration, and offboarding activities for Spain.
• Coordinate with Payroll, HRIT and process owners for system checks, approvals and handoffs.
• Maintain high-quality case notes, resolutions, and handoff information.
• Collaborate with Regional HR, Payroll and other HR teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
