Thales in Lisbon is seeking an HR professional to join our HR Shared Service Center, supporting employees and managers across countries while delivering a consistent, high‑quality employee experience.

You will act as the first point of contact for HR topics, manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, maintain HR systems, and contribute to process improvements in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Qualificações

• Degree in HR or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in HR operations.
• Fluency in French and English (mandatory).
• Strong communication, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, structured mindset, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proactive, adaptable and solution-driven attitude in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Experience with Workday or ServiceNow is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR topics with a people-first approach.
• Own and support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Maintain and update HR systems and employee data, ensuring accuracy, compliance and high data quality standards.
• Support international HR operations, including onboarding, mobility processes and day-to-day HR administration.
• Prepare and manage HR documentation (contracts, letters, reports) in a timely and accurate manner.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and HR projects, helping optimize processes and enhance employee experience.
