Job summary

Devoteam is seeking an IT Support professional fluent in Spanish to support our teams in Spain and Portugal from our Gaia, Portugal headquarters. The role requires regular travel to stores, on-site and remote support, and strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and Active Directory.

The ideal candidate will have IT training, proven support experience, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset to ensure secure and efficient technology services across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support and maintenance of IT equipment.
• Experience installing cabling and organising IT/data centre racks.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 11 and Active Directory.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and work flexible hours.
• Strong communication skills and a user-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support to users, on-site and remotely, ensuring incident resolution.
• Configure, install, and maintain hardware and software, with a focus on Windows environments.
• Participate in IT Operations projects, including technology implementations and store openings.
• Support management and updating of hardware and software inventories.
• Ensure upkeep, preventive and corrective maintenance, and repair of IT equipment.
• Travel to stores to provide technical support and maintenance.
• Install and organise cabling, server racks, and network infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and protect information confidentiality.
