Job summary

Devoteam, a global leader in digital transformation, is seeking an IT Support – Spanish Fluent for our Gaia, Portugal headquarters. You will provide high-quality technical support to employees and store teams, resolving incidents, configuring hardware and software, and ensuring secure, smooth operation of IT systems.

Fluency in Spanish is mandatory and Portuguese understanding is required for daily collaboration with Spain and Portugal teams.

Qualifications

• Vocational or technical IT training or certification.
• Experience in IT support/Helpdesk.
• Experience installing cabling and organizing IT/data centre racks is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and Active Directory.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and work flexible hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users on-site and remotely, resolving incidents.
• Configure, install, and maintain hardware and software, focusing on Windows environments.
• Support IT Operations projects and store openings.
• Manage hardware/software inventories and routine maintenance.
• Travel to stores to deliver hands-on IT support and preventive maintenance.
