BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Specialist for an E‑Commerce Project to guide customers through their online shopping experience, answer questions, and resolve issues from order to refund. You will work across channels and collaborate with logistics and internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.

The role emphasizes Spanish (C1/C2) and English (B2) proficiency, 0–1 year in content moderation or analytics, and a detail-oriented, proactive mindset.

Qualificações

• 0-1 year of experience in content moderation or a related analytical role.
• Proficiency in Spanish (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and decision‑making abilities.
• Objective, detail‑oriented mindset with a growth focus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, payments, deliveries, cancellations, returns, refunds, and account-related requests.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding products, promotions, shipping options, marketplace policies, and available services.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
• Investigate order-related issues and provide practical, solution-focused assistance for a positive experience.
• Accurately document customer interactions, requests, actions, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex or high-priority cases per procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments and logistics partners to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Meet established performance targets related to quality, productivity, response times, and customer satisfaction.
