Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist for an E-Commerce project. You will be the primary contact for customers, assisting with product questions and order issues, and ensuring timely, professional support across channels.

Requirements include Spanish (C1/C2) and English (B2), EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and 0-1 year in content moderation or related analytics. Relocation assistance and onsite collaboration are part of the role.

Qualificações

• 0-1 year of experience in content moderation or a related analytical role.
• Proficiency in Spanish (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, payments, deliveries, cancellations, returns, refunds, and account-related requests.
• Provide clear information regarding products, promotions, shipping options, and policies.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Investigate order-related issues and provide practical, solution-focused assistance.
• Accurately document interactions, requests, actions taken, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex or high-priority cases to the appropriate teams.
• Collaborate with internal departments, logistics partners, and other teams to resolve issues.
• Meet performance targets related to quality, productivity, response times, and customer satisfaction.
