Qualificações

• Proficiency in Spanish (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency card.
• 0–1 year of experience in content moderation or a related analytical role.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Detail-oriented and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, payments, deliveries, cancellations, returns, refunds, and account-related requests.
• Provide clear information regarding products, promotions, shipping options, policies, and services.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints while maintaining high satisfaction.
• Document interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams per procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments and partners to resolve issues promptly.
• Meet performance targets related to quality, productivity, response times, and satisfaction.
