BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Support professional for an E-Commerce Project in Lisbon. You will guide customers through questions about products and orders, resolving payment, delivery, return, and refund issues with timely, professional support.

Ideal candidates have 0-1 year in content moderation or related analytical roles, strong critical thinking, communication, and decision-making skills, and are eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Spanish (C1/C2) and English (B2) required.
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, live chat and other channels.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, payments, deliveries, cancellations, returns and refunds.
• Document interactions and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams per procedures.
