BlueView Talent is recruiting a Customer Specialist for our E-Commerce Project in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be the main contact for customers, helping with product questions, orders, payments, deliveries, returns, and refunds, while delivering timely, professional support across channels.

We seek candidates with Spanish (C1/C2) and English (B2), EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and 0–1 year in content moderation or related analytics.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in Spanish (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.
• 0–1 year in content moderation or related analytical role.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist with product inquiries, orders, payments, deliveries, returns and refunds.
• Provide clear information on products, promotions, shipping, and policies; document interactions.
• Resolve customer concerns to maintain high satisfaction.
• Escalate complex cases per established procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.
• Meet targets for quality, productivity, and response times.
