Pkrecruiting partners with a leading international entertainment and streaming platform to recruit Spanish and Catalan-speaking Customer Support Experts. This remote role is based in mainland Portugal with occasional attendance at a Lisbon hub for training or setup.

You will be the first point of contact handling account management, billing enquiries, technical issues, and product questions, delivering friendly, efficient support to customers worldwide.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Spanish and Catalan for customer support.
• Experience handling account management, billing and product queries.
• Comfort with remote work and occasional Lisbon hub attendance.
• Able to resolve technical issues and provide product guidance.
