Adecco Recursos Humanos is seeking a Spanish Cash Collection Specialist for Lisbon on a hybrid basis. You will manage client portfolios, pursue timely payments, and resolve disputes in an international environment.

Proficiency in Spanish and English, plus strong Excel and SAP skills, are essential. Ideal candidates have 3 years in cash collection or a similar role, with finance knowledge and high attention to detail.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Spanish (C1) and English (B2).
• 3 years of experience in cash collection or similar roles, SSC experience is a plus.
• Strong finance knowledge and attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel and SAP skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of clients in an international setting.
• Ensure timely payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Handle customer complaints and forward them to relevant subsidiaries.
• Retrieve missing accounting information via phone and email.
• Diplomatically negotiate and reinforce company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and complaints.
• Identify and propose solutions for customer account issues.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams (SSC & subsidiaries) and external contacts (clients).
