Qualificações

• Fluent in English (C1).
• 3+ years of experience in cash collection or similar role (shared service center experience is a plus).
• Strong finance knowledge and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of clients within an international setting.
• Ensure timely payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Handle customer complaints and forward them to the relevant subsidiaries.
• Retrieve missing accounting information via phone and email.
• Diplomatically negotiate and reinforce company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and complaints.
• Identify and propose solutions for customer account issues.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams (SSC & subsidiaries) and external contacts (clients).
