Adecco Recursos Humanos is hiring a Collections Agent in hybrid mode for Miraflores, Algés. You will manage an international client portfolio, ensure timely payments, and handle inquiries with a customer-focused approach.

Requirements include English fluency (C1), strong Excel and SAP skills, 3 years in cash collection or similar roles, and solid finance knowledge with meticulous attention to detail. The role offers a hybrid schedule, 40 hours per week, and a base salary around 1,200 EUR plus

Responsabilidades

• Manage an international portfolio of clients and ensure timely payments.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve payment issues.
• Handle customer complaints and route them to the right teams.
• Retrieve missing accounting information by phone and email.
• Negotiate with tact and reinforce company policies.
• Keep accurate records of interactions and issues.
• Spot problems in customer accounts and suggest solutions.
• Build solid relationships with internal teams (SSC & subsidiaries) and external clients.
