A Real Recruitment Solutions procura profissionais experientes para apoio ao cliente no setor bancário, com foco no mercado espanhol, em Lisboa. Requer-se experiência em pagamentos, disputas e gestão de clientes vulneráveis; domínio de espanhol C1/C2 e inglês ≥ B2.

As funções envolvem atendimento por chat/telefone/email, gestão de casos complexos e apoio a investigações de fraude, com orientação para melhoria contínua de processos.

Qualificações

• Requisito: experiência mínima de 12 meses em serviços bancários, financeiros ou seguros com clientes espanhóis.
• Habilidades de comunicação fortes, empatia e capacidade de resolver problemas.

Responsabilidades

• Resolver dúvidas dos clientes via chat, chamadas ou email, com foco na primeira resposta.
• Gerir casos complexos do início ao fim, mantendo a confiança do cliente.
• Apoiar investigações de fraude, resolução de disputas e handling de reclamações.
• Identificar clientes vulneráveis e escalonar quando necessário.
• Fornecer feedback e formação a colegas para melhoria de processos.

We are currently hiring experienced Customer Support Specialists for a leading digital banking project (Spanish market). This role requires a background in banking or financial customer service, particularly handling payments, disputes, and vulnerable customers.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer queries through chat, calls, or email, aiming for first-contact resolution.
• Manage complex cases from start to finish, building trust and providing excellent service.
• Support fraud investigations, dispute resolution, and complaints handling.
• Identify and assist vulnerable customers, escalating where appropriate.
• Provide feedback and coaching to peers to improve processes and training.
• Adapt to changing business needs and work across multiple systems.

What We Offer

• Base salary with the apartment: €892 gross x 14 times per year
• Bonuses (Christmas allowance, Holiday allowance, Meal allowance): 302€ per month
• Apartment benefit: €200 per month
• Variable Productivity Bonus: Up to €200 per month

OR

• Base salary without the apartment: €1220 gross x 14 times per year
• Bonuses (Christmas allowance, Holiday allowance, Meal allowance): 357€ per month
• Variable Productivity Bonus: Up to €200 per month

Additional Details

• Location: Lisbon (close to Oriente station).
• Contract: 12-month contract with the possibility of a permanent position after 2 years.
• Schedule: 40 hours/week, rotating shifts (24/7 operation).
• Training: Paid, intensive training program (12 working days).

Mandatory Profile

• C1/C2 level of Spanish language
• Minimum B2 level of English language
• Minimum 12 months' experience in banking, financial services, or insurance with Spanish clients

• Confident handling complex cases, complaints, or fraud/dispute issues
