Adecco Recursos Humanos is seeking an Italian Collections Agent for a hybrid role in Miraflores, Algés. You will manage an international client portfolio, ensuring timely payments and coordinating with SSC and subsidiaries.

The role requires 3+ years in cash collection, strong finance knowledge, and advanced Excel & SAP skills. Hybrid work model, 40h/week, gross salary €1,200 with a daily meal allowance of €9.60.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English is required (B1).

• 3+ years of experience in cash collection or similar role.

• Handle customer complaints and forward them to relevant subsidiaries.
• Retrieve missing accounting information via phone and email.
• Negotiate and reinforce company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and complaints.
• Identify and propose solutions for customer account issues.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams (SSC & subsidiaries) and external contacts (clients).

• Manage a portfolio of clients within an international setting

• Diplomatically negotiate and reinforce company policies
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and complaints
• Identify and propose solutions for customer account issues
• Build strong relationships with internal teams (SSC & subsidiaries) and external contacts (clients)

We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in French (C1)
• English (B1)
• Advanced Excel & SAP skills
• 3+ years of experience in cash collection or a similar role (experience in a shared service center is a plus)
• Strong finance knowledge and attention to detail
