OasisConstruct UAE in Braga is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team. You will work with the Head Chef to craft delicious, visually appealing dishes, supervise kitchen staff, manage inventory, and ensure health and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience, strong leadership, and a passion for creating innovative dishes. Portuguese language fluency is preferred but not required; salary is competitive at 1,500 USD per month.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of kitchen or sous-chef experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and team supervision.
• Experience in inventory and cost control a plus.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in kitchen operations.
