Sous Chef

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic team in Braga. In this role, you will work closely with the Head Chef to oversee the daily operations of the kitchen and ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard. As a Sous Chef, you must have excellent culinary skills and be able to lead and motivate a team of chefs. You will also be responsible for creating new menu items, ordering supplies, and maintaining food safety standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working as a Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment. A degree or certificate in culinary arts is preferred but not required. The ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude is essential. The salary for this position is $900 per month, with potential for growth based on performance.
