Job summary

Experis is recruiting a Source to Pay Specialist (M/F) to join an international company. The role is full-time and based in Lisbon, with an on-site working model.

The candidate will support end users with invoicing and payment queries, maintain clear guidelines, and provide training on invoicing processes. Required: a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Management or related field, 5+ years in Accounts Payable or S2P, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Accounts Payable, Procurement support or Source to Pay processes.
• Knowledge of Primavera ERP is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken – mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports, dashboards and PowerPoint presentations.
• Contribute to the creation and review of internal procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and deadlines.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest KPIs.

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Management or a related field;
• Previous administrative experience and/or experience as a document technician;
• More than 5 years of professional experience in Accounts Payable, Procurement support or Source to Pay processes, preferably in the trading, transport, and freight forwarding sectors;
• Knowledge of Primavera ERP is preferred;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team;
• Resilient, proactive and detail-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset;
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken – mandatory.
